Positioned at our shop located in Fruita, CO. Majority of the work will be at the Fruita shop with occasional off-site contacts (95% at shop, 5% travel).

YOUR TASKS
A shop technician will perform a wide range of tasks depending on the project and/or client's needs. These tasks will include gondola cabin disassembly, parts cleaning, fabrication, metal work, R&D, project pick-up/deliveries, cabin reassembly, and more. You will play a major part in the production of gondolas and the satisfaction of clients.
JOB SUMMARY
Gondola Cabin disassembly and reassembly
Complete breakdown of a gondola cabin to the bare frame. Labeling and storage of all parts and hardware. Full reassembly with refurbished or new parts to near original condition.
Parts cleaning, manufacturing, and metalwork
Deep cleaning, degreasing, and possible repair of all parts pulled off the gondola cabin. Design and fabrication of custom parts for projects. Fabrication of metal (aluminum, steel) brackets and other custom pieces for clients. May include welding.
Project Pick-up/deliveries
Occasional travel to pick up or deliver projects. Use of a combination of trucks and trailers.
Miscellaneous
Occasional on-site polishing contracts, assisting with upholstery projects, etc.
