This is one of 25 cabins that were originally installed in 2020 as private outdoor dining spaces in the Mountain Village Center of Telluride, Colorado. Several have since been retired and the Town of Mountain Village has sold some of them to individuals.
The Gondola Shop originally designed and built this cabin for the Town of Mountain Village and is selling it AS IS for the current owner.

Condition: Very good condition — solid structure, flipping vent windows functional, doors functional, door windows do not close (they are missing top panels of both front door sliding windows), small rip in one seat, paint chipping above a side window, it is wired for heat and lighting, but those functional systems are not guaranteed. See pictures for cosmetic blemishes.

Power, Safety & Weatherproofing Notes
- This cabin is designed for static display or conversion use only — it is not rated for active lift service.
- The cabin is wired with a 110V compatible plug. At one time, this powered the LED lights, overhead heater, and heated seats. Although the cabin is wired for heat and lighting, those functional systems are not guaranteed, but the infrastructure is there.
- The cabin body is watertight in its current condition; however, buyers installing outdoors should apply a weatherproof sealant to all seams and re-inspect windows seasonally. NOTE: Both doors are missing top panels for the sliding windows, therefore they will not close.
- Structural modifications (cutting, mounting, anchoring) require professional assessment. Buyer assumes responsibility for all installation compliance with local codes.
